Named for our Montecito Fire Department and dedicated to all our amazing first responders, these olives have a special place in our hearts. Add them to a salad or tapenade for an extra kick, or just dig right in.  

With Montecito Olive Company, we take advantage of our incredible climate, which is ideal for olive farming. The rich, virgin, alluvial soil, combined with the south facing slopes at 600 feet above sea level, provide the perfect scenario for the olives to thrive. Our natural salt-curing process  results in organic olives that are not only great tasting, but terrific sources of antioxidants and probiotics.

Montecito Olive Company boasts 100% Premium Certified Organic and Non-GMO olives grown and harvested right here in Santa Barbara. Every additional ingredient is either grown on our farm or sourced from a neighboring organic farm, and each product is hand-stuffed and hand-packed on location.
